ITIL Process Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the event, problem, incident, and change management process. Youll be a part ensuring that the IT Application and IT Infrastructure teams adhere to the ITIL service management process.  


Welcome to EPIC Centre 

You’ll be part of a team based in Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for chairing the Change Advisory Board and problem management meetings, monitoring incident tickets to prevent SLA breaches and other ITIL service management tasks.   


You’ll play an important role in: 

  • assuming the daily operational responsibility for all IT services delivered by the department 

  • ensuring KPI adherence and process compliance and in updating and maintaining the change/release schedule 

  • coordinating work on high-priority incidents on behalf of the operations manager in Denmark 

  • participating in major incidents led by the operations manager 

  • following up daily on open, overdue, pending, and unassigned incidents 

  • ensuring that the EPIC management functions and processes add value to both the IT organisation and to the users/customers who receive our IT services. 


To succeed in the role, you: 

  • have extensive experience in incident management, problem management, and change management  

  • are ITIL V3 or V4 certified 

  • demonstrate and clearly articulate your understanding of EPIC management processes 

  • have experience utilising Service Management tools, preferably Service Now 

  • possess excellent communication skills 

  • have a ‘can do attitude combined with a sense of urgency.
