Senior QHSE Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll play a key role in the safety culture transformation in Renescience with a focus on our plant in the UK and on leading the ISO45001/ISO 14001 certification process of the same. 


Welcome to Operation & Maintenance  

Youll be part of O&M’s QHSE team where you, together with your colleagues, will develop our organisation to its highest potential with the clear goal of achieving a high safety culture awareness. Youll educate and coach managers and employees in acting proactively and meaningfully. 


You’ll play an important role in: 

  • developing and maintaining our QHSE management system 

  • leading the ISO45001/ISO 14001 certification process to be ready for certification in Q1 2021 

  • actively collaborating closely with the QHSE team at our plant in the UK 

  • developing and performing workshops related to the management system with the goal to onboard the organisation  

  • collaborating with the entire organisation in Denmark and the UK with the aim of developing and performing safety culture-related workshops 

  • developing close relationships with managers and employees and being the go-to person for QHSE-related improvement proposals. 


To succeed in the role, you: 

  • have a degree in engineering 

  • have experience leading an ISO45001/ISO14001/ISO9001 certification process 

  • have experience with safety and human performance combined with knowledge in, e.g., Safety-2 or Safety Differently 

  • are willing to travel 2-3 days a week, primarily to our plant in the UK 

  • are fluent in English and preferably also in Danish with strong communication skills 

  • have experience working in international and cross-cultural teams.
