Welcome to Global Talent 

Reporting to our new Head of Inclusion & Well-Being, you’ll deliver and develop as part of a new team of five in multiple global locations. You’ll work with leaders and colleagues in the UK and around the world who want to support our company mission by building an environment where all can thrive. Inclusion & Well-Being is a new department in our Global Talent organisation: an ambitious, original, and energising team where innovation, commercial focus, and curiosity are highly valued – and in which we build strong bonds across an international team footprint. 

You’ll play an important role in  

  • engaging directly with leaders and talent in the UK and globally, to engage them so we can deliver an Inclusion & Well-Being agenda to accelerate growth in the UK and globally 

  • working with external bodies in the UK and further afield, such as the Energy Leaders Coalition, so our company can deliver on the diversity elements of the UK Offshore Sector Wind Deal  

  • engaging with employees globally, so we can equip and permit them to deliver our inclusion agenda at scale. This includes developing and connecting global employee resource groups 

  • equipping leaders, managers, and everyone to learn how they can be more inclusive, by partnering with learning colleagues to build skills and capability to promote Inclusion & Well-Being  

  • reviewing talent processes to identify where we can drive diversity and be more inclusive 

  • working with leaders and HR colleagues to embed inclusion of diversity into every talent decision. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll benefit from:  

  • a deep-seated ambition to use inclusion of diversity and well-being to transform organisations and the world around us – for commercial benefit and social good 

  • an informed perspective on how to make talent / HR activities as inclusive as possible, and using data to identify opportunities and track progress 

  • aptitude for relationship-building and developing networks at all levels internally and externally, in person and across borders. 

  • experience in using a range of communications channels to engage people at scale 

  • a global mindset, including sensitivity to connect a whole range of working practices across many different cultures.
